    Summer 2017:
Welcome new sophomores to Advanced Placement World History also known as WHAP.   For many of you it will be your very first college course.  Yes, you are a college student while in this class.   Please expect that it will be a rigorous course that may stretch you in ways that you have never been stretched before. While it may feel uncomfortable at first, if you stick with it you will find that it is well worth it.  We will cover the whole world and all the great things that have happened in it since 8000 BC.  So, let us begin.

Please see the link below to join the summer group.  In the Summer group site there will be access to the textbook.  So,what are we waiting for?  The world awaits us with all of its adventures.

AP World History SUMMER ASSIGNMENT 2017
I'd like to invite you to join my group Summer 2017 on Edmodo.

This year we are going to try something different.  We are supposed to be adopting a new textbook so rather than checking out a textbook, you may have access to portions of the text on Edmodo.  You will want to do this as soon as possible to insure that you may access the text.

If you have questions at any time, you may either first contact me through Edmodo and second by email at dwingate@cnusd.k12.ca.us

Thank you and have a great summer!
