  • Author's Fair - Friday, May 17th!!!

    Come celebrate our Foothill Authors! The entire student body will be placed in groups of 10-14 students, where they will share their writings with their group. Several parent volunteers are needed for this annual school-wide event, which typically lasts from 7:45 am -12:00 pm. If you are interested in helping out, please let me know.

  • End of Year Field Day - Wednesday, May 22nd!!!

    We will be going next door to Buena Vista Park on Wednesday, May 22nd from 8:00-12:00 for a day of fun in the sun! Please send a sack lunch with your child as we will be eating at the park. Students should dress in a t-shirt, shorts, and sandals with a heel-strap (no bathing suits or flip flops are allowed - school dress code still applies). Also, please send a towel with your child, as they may get SOAKED! Parent helpers are needed for this spectacular event! Please let me know if you are interested in helping out.

  • Spring Patriotic Performance - Thursday, May 23rd!!!

    You are invited to come watch students from Mrs. Raynes' class, Mrs. Green's class, and Mrs. Sahagun's class, as they sing patriotic songs that celebrate our country. Please have your child arrive at school on-time and wear red, white, and/or blue clothing. There will be two identical performances performed - one at 8:15 am and the other at 1:15 pm. You may come to whichever performance best suits your schedule. Hope you can attend!

  • Last Day of School - Thursday, May 30th!!!

    I can't believe how fast this year has gone by! It has truly been my pleasure to have your child in my class. This has been a great year, and I will miss your child tremendously as they head off to 2nd grade. This final day will be a Minimum Day, with dismissal at 11:35 am. Report cards will be sent home with your child on this day. Thank you so much for your support! Enjoy your summer!
