  • Soccer tryouts will be held on the following dates- Girls Soccer tryouts - September 27, 28, and 29th.  Boys Soccer tryouts- October 3, 4, and 5th. 3:15 pm -5:30 pm. All students must turn in an athletic clearance packet to the Athletic Department in the front office prior to tryouts. Anyone not on the varsity last year must try out for the boys’ soccer team
Student Store/ASB Activities:
  • Do you want to be in your senior yearbook?  Have you had your senior portrait taken yet by DC Photography?  If you have not, you need to get that scheduled!  Please call them at 290-7276 to schedule your yearbook portrait.  There are on campus appointments available, but you have to schedule them.  Don’t miss out.  This responsibility is yours! Schedule your appointment!
  • School pictures are now available to pick up in the student store. Please bring your ID.

  • Help make a child’s wish this holiday season and come to the Giving Tree Club meeting next Thursday after school in room S205.
  • The Gay Straight Alliance Club or “GSA” is for anyone interested in making CHS a more accepting campus. We will be holding a meeting for new and returning members in F-2 tomorrow, Wednesday 9/28 during first lunch.
  • Come join Pep Squad on Sunday, October 2nd from 1-5pm for our Fall Cheer Clinic! Cost is $25 and includes a refreshment and shirt. Anyone interested in trying out for the 2017-2018 squad is encouraged to attend. For more information, please see Mrs. Vega in the registrar’s office.
  • Panthers, make sure to make good wardrobe choices when you get ready in the morning. Corona High School follows the CNUSD dress code. For more information regarding the dress code, please see the CNUSD website, the CHS student planner or the CNUSD Parent/ Student handbook that was given to you during registration.

  • In order to ensure school safety, drop offs in the front office are limited to ACADEMIC related drop off only.  This means that only homework or projects may be left in the office with the receptionist.  Item that are not allowed to be dropped off are:  balloons, flowers, money, gifts or food.  Thank you in advance for keeping our front office a place of business.
  • Attention Panthers, Corona High School that has a new first period tardy policy.  If you arrive late to first period and get marked tardy by your teacher, you will receive a lunch detention for the same day. As a reminder, you should be on campus each day by 7:30am and in class and seated by 7:40am.  Arriving after 7:40am means that you are late and will receive a lunch detention in ACP.

  • Did you know that Corona High School has it’s very own APP? Check it out on the Google Play or Apple App Store and download it…. At an appropriate time…. To stay in the know with important information and push notifications for what’s happening at Corona. If you’re interested in working with our app developer to make the app even better, see Mr. Danesh no later than September 19th to join in.
