Corona-Norco Unified School District provides real-time access to Support Services for facility maintenance needs through the electronic Work Order system, OPRA. 

 

The OPRA Work Order system handles the quantity of work requests which are dramatically increasing over the years due to additional school sites, increased ADA and staff, aging sites, and increased vandalism.  Currently, Support Services respond to nearly 14,000 Work Orders each year. 

 

Maintenance staff utilizes OPRA to approve, distribute, complete, and track Work Orders initiated by CNUSD school and administration sites.  OPRA enables the District to lower costs while improving quality service and accountability.  System features include detailed work history, preventive maintenance scheduling, precise reporting, warranty expiration tracking, and electronic submission of Work Orders by sites.

 

Sites have the added feature of running reports of all incomplete Work Orders and completed Work Orders for any giving period.  Detailed reports of individual work requests can also be generated.
