Dear Parents –

Each of the following places will add to your child’s understanding of some part of California’s history.  It is by no means an exhaustive list.  If you visit other places that you feel contribute, please do the activities listed at the end, and share your information with me for the future.  This list is a work in progress that I plan to expand over the next several years.  I cannot guarantee the accuracy of the hours at various sites, so I suggest calling ahead to be sure there have not been any changes.

                                                                            Have fun with history
