    PE Notebook Requirements

*If you have misplaced your required graphs, please print them out below and put it in your PE Notebook.

The student PE Notebook is a collection of the work done in Physical Education. It is designed to prepare the student for Physical Education written assessments, keep track of their fitness progress in class/home, and prepare the student for high school.

The PE notebook must be in a 3-ring binder and must be taken out to Physical Education when required. A 1-1/2 ring binder is suggested as it will fit inside your small locker. If a student is absent on a PE Notebook day (fitness test day or classroom day), they must complete that assignment before or after school with Ms. Bell to make up their missing grade points for that assignment.
The following documents must be completed and up to date to receive full credit.

Semester 1 will require students to have the Mile Run Graph and the Sit and Reach Graph only in their PE Notebooks.
