    I forgot my password... How do I get a new password?

    Contact Mr. Sherwood or the school official that distributes computer logon account information for your school site. If your password is reset, follow these instructions:

    User Name = your student ID # (same as your lunch #) 

    Reset Password = your FIRST INITIAL CAPITALIZED, last initial lowercase and birth date (drop the extra zeroes). For example: John Smith 07/04/1998 = Js741998
     
    You will then be instructed to input a NEW password (it must have at least 1 number and 1 letter and it cannot be an old password).

    NOTE: You must first authenticate your account by logging on to a school computer before StudentConnect will recognize your login from a mobile or home device.

    How come I can't see all of my grades in all of my classes?

    It is possible the assignment you are looking for has not been graded or entered into the online gradebook. If your assignment information is not available, you will need to contact the teacher. E-mail links to the teachers are available from the schedule module.

     
     

    How come I can't see all of my assignments?

    Assignments are visible for Last/Next Week according to the due date. Select "Show All" to see all assignments.

     
     

    Past assignments not available?

    Assignment information is only visible during the defined term window. For Intermediate schools that is from the first to the last day of school. For High Schools it is broken down by semesters, so assignments are available from the first to the last day of the semester window. You have the ability to print a copy during the defined term date window.
