Taking college classes while in high school

CNUSD students have the opportunity to take college classes while in high school if they meet minimum college requirements. Our strongest partnership is with Norco College, the community college within our district community, which offers courses at no cost to high school students. Students are responsible for following all college guidelines and timelines, paying a nominal fee for health and activities services, purchasing or making arrangements for their own books, and providing their own transportation to and from the college. Permission is required by the high school principal for any student wishing to take college courses. Courses may be transcribed to students’ high school transcripts under certain circumstances.
