Go out to your regular desktop and follow the steps below:
Go to your Start Button
Select Devices and Printers
RIGHT CLICK on any printer, check SET AS DEFAULT PRINTER
Then, RIGHT CLICK on the desired Zangle Printer and check SET AS DEFAULT PRINTER
Make sure you log off of Zangle and back on, the log off button is located on the bottom left corner of the screen
Double click on the Printers and Faxes
Make sure your new printer you just selected as your default has the CHECKMARK next to it.
Now you will print to that printer in Zangle

2. Select Add an existing Email Account
3. Provide your email address: myusername@cnusd.k12.ca.us
4. Provide your email password
5. Click Next
6. Select Provide Additional Settings
7. Select Microsoft Exchange complete the required fields and select Next
Server: m.outlook.com
Username: username@cnusd.k12.ca.us
If the email account was successfully added as Outlook Web Access, a confirmation window is displayed. Click Finish

2. A new window opens up that looks like an email. Click the To... button to search for the people and groups you want to view your calendar.

After you send the request, the recipient sees an email notification that you have shared your calendar. You can Request Permission to see their calendar too.
3. To add a newly shared calendar to your Outlook select Share at the top of the screen and click Add Calendar... Search for the user's calendar and click ok to add it to your Outlook Calendar.
Remember: you must receive permission from a user to view their calendar.

Note: If you want to share a calendar you created that is not your default calendar, right-click on it in the side pane and select Share-> Share This Calendar.

Calendar Access
1. Log-in to Microsoft Office 365 email
2. Click on Calendar
3. Click on Share located on the top and Add Calendar
4. Type the name of the calendar and click OK
The calendar should appear on the left hand side under People’s Calendars or under My Calendars. If you cannot add a calendar, you might not have permissions to see it; therefore, you must call the IT department (951-736-5190) for further help.

Note: If you would like to have your iPad connect to the CNUSD WiFi, please put a work order in for your school site’s tech. You can also come into the District Office Information Technology Department to have it configured.
Erasing all content and settings will delete all the data from your device, including songs, videos, contacts, photos, calendar information, and any other data. All device settings are restored to their original condition.
To remove all setings and information from your device, tap Settings > General > Reset > Erase All Content and Settings.
After a restore, the iPad displays the "Connect to iTunes" screen.
1. Plug your iPad into the computer with the backup you would like to use.
2. Open iTunes, when your device appears in the source list, right-click your device and click Restore from Backup. iTunes will ask you to choose the desired backup from the list provided.
1. Plug your iPad into the computer that you would like to have the iPad backup.
2. Open iTunes, select Edit > Preferences > Devices to check the date and time of your latest backup.
3. If you do not have a recent backup, create one by right-clicking your iPad in the source list and choosing Back Up.

NOTE: If you are connected to the "Guest" Wifi at a CNUSD site you will not be able to make changes to your email. TURN OFF your wifi before you follow the steps below.
Tap Settings | Mail, Contacts, Calendars | Tap your Work Email
Tap on your Account
Tap the Server and change it to: m.outlook.com
If you have changed your EMAIL password recently you will need to update it here too.
Press the done button at the top right when you are finished.

Tap Settings | Mail, Contacts, Calendars | Add Account
Pick Microsoft Exchange
Type your FULL email address into the Email slot as well as the Username slot. Enter your password and Press Next.
The ipad/iphone will automatically grab the information for the server, press Next when it is complete.

Decide what information you want the new email address to share with your ipad/iphone (exp. mail, calendars, reminders, and/or contacts)

Tap Settings | Accounts & Sync | Tap your Old Work Email
Select the Remove Account button on the bottom right of the screen.

Tap Settings | Accounts & Sync | Tap the Add Account button on the bottom right of the screen.
Pick the Exchange Account option. (This option may be named Microsoft Exchange ActiveSync on some versions of Android.)
Type your FULL email address and password into the appropriate slots. Then press Next.

Change the Server Address to: m.outlook.com
Leave the Domain slot blank.
Scroll down and put your FULL email address into the Username slot.

NOTE: On some versions of Android, you need to use the domain\username format. For example, if your email address is jdoe@cnusd.k12.ca.us, type: cnusd.k12.ca.us\jdoe@cnusd.k12.ca.us
The Password slot has already been filled in.
Check the box next to This server requires an encrypted SSL connection Then press Next

Decide what information you want the new email address to share with your android phone (exp. mail, contacts, and/or calendar).

Once the application has been installed, it must be registered. In order to register doceri, right click on doceri desktop by the task bar --> left click on settings --> left click on register --> left click on register computer --> and left click OK.

Follow the next steps to configure CNUSD e-mail on iPhone or any Microsoft Exchange ready Smart Phone:
Most of the smart phone(s) settings are very similar. If you own another phone other than the iPhone, first find out if it supports Microsoft Exchange Configuration. If it does, the configuration should not be very different than the one mention above.
BLACKBERRY ONLY USERS IMPORTANT NOTE: Due to special licensing blackberry phones can only be configured to receive e-mails only. If you would like to synchronize your contacts, blackberry manager software must be used. Please see your blackberry phone manual or blackberry website for more information.
