    Students and Parents,

    Congratulations on your acceptance to Hybrid School of Innovation for the 2017-2018 school year.  We are excited that you will be joining us and look forward to a very exciting and successful school year. 

    Below you will find the steps necessary to verify your acceptance and get the proper paperwork submitted so you can begin the registration process.
     
    All documents MUST be received in the Hybrid School of Innovation office by the date indicated in your acceptance email.
     
     
     
    1. Verifying your Acceptance

      • Print out and sign the acceptance letter you received with your acceptance email.
      • Complete the online acceptance and information form found:  --> HERE  <--
      • If your acceptance is contingent on completing Summer Math Bridge, information can be found: --> HERE <--
         
    2. For NON CNUSD students ONLY. You must obtain an Inter-District Attendance Permit from your school district.

      • Go to your current districts main offices and request an Inter-District Attendance Permit (this grants you permission to transfer out of your current district).
      • Drop off the approved permit at the CNUSD Student Services Office located at 2820 Clark Ave, Norco CA, 92860.
         
    3. Prepare the following paperwork

      • Signed Acceptance Letter
      • Proof of Address (current utility bill will do). 

    4. Bring documents to the Hybrid School of Innovation office located in room 107 at John F. Kennedy Middle College 1951 3rd St. Norco, CA 92860. All documents MUST be received by the date indicated in your acceptance email.
