• Tardy policy

    Students arriving late to school must report directly to their first period class. Failure to do so may result in a Saturday school assignment.

    Students arriving tardy to class are to be admitted to the class and the following discipline procedures should be followed:

     

    Consequences

    Tardy #1: Tardy is recorded and the student is warned.

    Tardy #2: Tardy is recorded, the student is issued a detention by the teacher and parent contact is made.

    Tardy #3: Tardy is recorded, the student is issued two detentions by the teacher and parent contact is made.

    Tardy #4: Tardy is recorded and the teacher sends a referral to the appropriate administrator and the student is issued a Saturday school assignment.

    Tardy #5: Tardy is recorded, the student is issued a detention by the teacher and parent contact is made.

    Tardy #6: Tardy is recorded and the teacher sends a referral to the appropriate administrator and the student is issued a Saturday school assignment.

    Further Tardies to the same class in the same Trimester will result in a referral. At which time the administration will take the action necessary to correct the problem.
