    When registering for Letha Raney Intermediate School, please be prepared with the following 7 items:
     
    1. PROOF OF BIRTH - Choose one of the following:
    Birth Certificate
    Passport
    Hospital record
    Baptism Certificate
     
    2. PROOF OF RESIDENCE - Choose one of the following:
    Gas
    Water
    Electric
    Disposal
    PLEASE NOTE:
    If the registering parent is living in the residence of another person and the utility bills are in the name of the other person, that person MUST accompany the registering parent. They must bring their photo ID and a current utility bill (gas, water, electric or disposal only). ALL OTHER MATTERS MUST BE DISCUSSED WITH A REGISTRAR.
     
    3. IMMUNIZATION RECORDS

    4 doses required with no age constraints.
    3 doses meet requirements if last dose given after age 4,
    (if not, an additional dose is needed)
    3 doses meet requirement if last dose given after age 2.

    New registration into a Riverside County School requires proof of a negative skin test done within 15 months of school entry. An acceptable TB TEST must include:

    Date Given, Date Read, and Written Results

    If positive result, then a chest x-ray and Dr. statement (or review by Advice Nurse) is required. The statement must include the date and result of the chest x-ray and whether the student is free from active TB.

     
    4. PROOF OF CURRENT GRADE LEVEL,if grade is not age appropriate. Proof would include current report card or other documents from the prior school indicating grade level.
     
    5. COPY OF CURRENT IEP or 504 plan (For Special Education Students only)
     
    6. PARENT/GUARDIAN PHOTO ID
     
    7. COMPLETED REGISTRATION PACKET (Can be completed online or picked up from the front office)
