Students must FIRST LOG INTO A DISTRICT NETWORKED COMPUTER to authenticate their credentials and update their password BEFORE accessing the form. The form is accessible from home once account is authenticated.
When students log into a computer at school, their user name is their Student ID number. The password by default is set to your first and last name initials, with the first letter being a capital and your numerical birth date with no leading zeroes in the month or date, and a four digit year. For example: John Smith was born on August 7, 1999 (08/07/1999); the resulting password would be "Js871999". If cap letter doesn't work, try lower case, this applies to old configuration only, "js871997".
After 10 failed login attempts your account will be locked in Schoolwires. On school computers, you are locked out after 10 failed attempts and may retry after 15 minutes. If you are unable to recall your password, you will need to contact the school librarian or computer lab teacher to reset your password.
