• Principal's Message

    August 29, 2017

Greetings Panthers! As I enter my third year as principal I’d like to welcome you to another exciting year at Corona High School. Last school year we were very fortunate to be one of ten CNUSD schools to earn the distinguished recognition as a 2017 California Gold Ribbon School for our academic achievement and progress in closing the achievement gap. We were also one of eighteen CNSUD schools recognized as an Honor Roll School. For these achievements I’d like to express my gratitude to the staff members, district personnel, students, families, and community members who made this possible!

These achievements are clear acknowledgements that our staff continues to be engaged in the right work to make our students’ high school experience as enriching as possible. The 2017-18 school year will show no signs of slowing down, as we will continue focusing on improving student achievement in a caring and supportive environment. Last year we experienced success throughout our athletics programs as well, achieving feats that have long eluded us and making history in several competitions.

I would like to personally thank our families and community for the amazing support that you continue to provide Corona High School. I cannot be more proud of our partnership in ensuring success for all our students.

I am eager to see what the 2017-18 school year has in store for our school and community as we continue our

Tradition of Excellence – Since 1896!

    Respectfully,

    Antonio Gonzalez, Ed.D.

    PROUD Principal
