Hello Centennial! My name is Katrina Johangiry and I am proud and looking forward to being the Activities Director this coming school year! We have amazing students, staff, administrators and teachers that make Centennial easy to call a home away from home for me. I am passionate about my career and even more so in working with students. I received my Associate of Arts degree from Golden West Community College, a Bachelor's of Science degree from Cal State Fullerton in Human Services, a Master's degree/PPS Credential from Azusa Pacific University in Education and an Administrative Credential from the University of California, Irvine. I value education and believe hard work, dedication, commitment and ambition will always lead to success. For the past ten years in the district I have worked as a counselor, six years in elementary and the last four at Centennial. Being able to connect with students at all levels whether its through their academics, reaching their goals, providing a listening ear or giving lots of encouragement have all made being a counselor rewarding. This past year I had the privilege of co-advising Renaissance on campus and had the opportunity to work with a classroom full of outstanding leaders. I am excited to work with them again this year as well as all clubs on campus by combining leadership forces with our ASB! My goal is to continue making Centennial an exceptional and unique place to learn! Go Huskies!!!
