Every parent can help their child by talking, reading, singing, and writing words. Lots of words. The more words a child has in their vocabulary the better - far better - it is for the child. When you talk to your child they hear new words all the time. When you take them places, they hear new words. Building their vocabulary is so important before and during kindergarten. Expose your child to lots and lots of words in different ways.
