Welcome to Highland's web page.  We hope that you will be able to find everything you ever wanted to know about our school in this one convenient place.  Notice our quicklinks on the left that will give you access to useful information such as the school year calendar, Highland's PTA, Accelerated Reader, the school menu, and the My School Bucks sites.  On the right we have announcements of all kinds, each linking to more information.  Headlines above will give you information about Highland happenings, news, and articles from our newsletter and other sources on important issues for parents.  At the top you can link to Teacher websites (many of which are currently under construction), e-mail addresses, useful information and photo galleries.  The "About Us" tab is particularly useful with all kinds of information from bell shedules to dress code.  We hope to improve our communication with you so that you can stay informed and involved in your students educational experience here at Highland, where "Learning Comes First."

  • Kinder   Transitional Kindergarten Program!  The Transitional Kindergarten Program is a 2-year Kinder program that is available to students that will be 5 years old in November 2012.  It is also available, on a space available basis, to students that will be 5 years old in September or October 2012.   For more information, you can inquire in our office.  You can also attend one of several Parent Information Nights:  May 8th @ 6pm at Home Gardens Academy;  May 9th @ 6pm at Anthony Elementary; May 15th @ 6pm at Todd Elementary; May 16th @ 10am at Rosa Parks Elementary; and May 17th @ 6pm at Vicentia Elementary.

  • health State Law (AB354)  requires that all students entering the 7th thru 12th grades have a Tdap immunization (Whooping Cough Booster) before the 12/13 school year.  Proof of immunization can be brought to Highland until May 31st, or to the Corona Norco USD offices at 2820 Clark Ave., Bldg. E, in Norco, during June or July.
