“A California Distinguished School 2004 & 2008”

Lincoln Lion Pride

Established in 1981, Lincoln Alternative School is the only magnet elementary school in the Corona-Norco Unified School District.  Our 1,100 students come to us from the communities throughout the school district.  Lincoln emphasizes traditional values while promoting high expectations, challenging academics, a structured environment, parental involvement and patriotism.

Lincoln
Alternative School
offers a Classical Reading Program to introduce all students to quality literature. We also have a Memory Challenge Program at every grade level to expose students to public speaking.  Both programs build upon our school's high expectations and challenging academics.

Our motto, “Home and School, Hand in Hand” reflects the partnership with our families and the community.  Lincoln parents play an important role in the educational process by assisting in the classroom as well as doing projects around the campus.  Our very active PTA and Dad’s Club provide numerous programs and activities for our students during the instructional day, after school and in the evenings.  We are very proud of our learning community and invite you to visit our campus.
