Glossary of Terms
 
Attendance Items:

·       Justified/Excused – is an attendance code that means the student was out because they were sick (aka:  a real reason; chicken pox, flu, etc.)

·       Excused Absence – is an attendance code that means the student was out because they were not sick, but had a good reason (funeral, missed the bus, etc.)
The following attendance codes should be cleared:  Unexcused,  Unjustified/Truancy and Absent
 
Marks:
  • Ach = Acheivement Marks (Grades)
  • Cit = Citizenship
  • Eff = Effort
