Please help us out by volunteering for our before-school 100 mile Club!
When we return from Winter Break in January, we will be opening up our before-school 100 Mile Club track. Our cafeteria door opens at 7:15 and ALL students who arrive between 7:15-7:30 must enter through that door. Students not eating breakfast will continue to the 100 Mile Club track and begin walking. All laps will count toward their 100 Mile Club goal (4 laps = 1 mile)! This is for all students, kindergarten - sixth grade. At 7:30, students will enter through our middle gates.
We already have a few parents who are volunteering to help out with monitoring the track and marking laps for the kids. We still need a few more volunteers. If you are willing to assist us from 7:15 - 7:45 each morning, we would love to have you! This is a great opportunity to assist our kids with improving their movement before going into class. Research shows that exercise boost brain power and prepares kids for learning.
