On Thursday, August 6th, 2015, twenty-five  teachers from the Shijingshan Education  Commission of Beijing visited two CNUSD  elementary schools. Rosa Parks Elementary  and Harada Elementary opened their  classrooms and welcomed these educators  to give them an inside look at the  curriculum offered at our schools. The  teachers marveled at the walls adorned with  student work and observed students  engaged in their daily lessons. They  appreciated the level of after school  programs offered to students, such as Art  Smarts, Chess Club, The 100 Mile Club, and  Engineering for Kids.
