First Day of School for Year-Round Schools is a Success
Ronald Reagan Elementary was no exception as they opened their doors for the first time. "I can't say enough about how much support and coordination has been provided to help ensure our opening was smooth. It was a lot of time, attention and hard work by many that made for a smooth and successful beginning," said Susan Helms, Principal at Ronald Reagan Elementary.
Lighter traffic was noticeable at the schools that were down-sized as a result of Reagan’s opening, and positive comments were made by many of the parents who were dropping their students off.
District Administrators visited schools to offer their assistance in guiding parents and students to classrooms and to answer questions. A basket of “goodies” was delivered to each school site office; a small gesture to thank staff for their continued efforts and dedication in helping to make Corona-Norco the successful district it is.
We wish the staff, students and parents a year filled with academic success and cherished memories!
