Please be aware Tuesday, May 28th, & Wednesday, May 29th, are both 1-7 period standard schedule days ending at 2:10 p.m. However Thursday, May 30th, is a minimum day ending at 11:20 a.m.

Peer Assistance Leadership

Peer Assistance Leadership (PAL), class is designed to teach students the skills necessary to become effective peer helpers. Some of our responsibilities include: 2 hours of community service per month, conflict managers, Red Ribbon Week, STAR testing assembly, actors/actresses in disaster drill, tutor students with special needs, Fall Festival and help out where it is needed. Our advisor is Mrs. Kennedy, President is Derek Shibata, and our Vice President is Sophia Hogue. If you are interested in joining P.A.L., please see Mrs. Kennedy in room D8.

Red Ribbon Week 1st Place Winners

Red Ribbon Week Award's Night took place last Thursday at the Corona-Norco's District Office. El Cerrito's own Richard Cho, Youseff Jakher, Lucy Yang, and Becky Chun were the 1st place winners for the district media winner category! Congratulations!
