Registrations will be by appointment only! Please call our office to setup an appointment (951)736-4640
*Please Note: you must reside within our attendance boundaries or have approval letter of Intra-District transfer to setup an appointment.
Registration Days/Time are as follows beginning March 3rdMon, Tue, & Thur. 8:30 am-11 am & Wed 1:30 pm-3 pm
Students do NOT need to present at the time of registration.
You may come into our office to pick up a registration packet or click on the following link to submit online. Please make sure to go under Printable Forms print all forms and bring with you at time of appt.
You will also need to provide the following documents in addition to packet and/or printable forms:
  • Birth Certificate
  • Immunization Records (incl. proof of Tdap vaccine for all incoming 7th Grade Students)
  • Photo I.D. of the parent
  • Utility Bill: Gas, Water, Electric, or Trash Services Only; Bill must be under parent's name. If you rent/lease and the name of utility holder is different than parent, that person must come in with you to present Photo ID and sign a residing affidavit. This must be done prior to your appointment or at the time of appointment, registration will not be completed if Utility Bill is missing.

  • Our Annual Book Fair is coming soon...
    Students will attend the book fair with their class on selected dates.
    Parents are welcome to come purchase on May 7th & May 8th from 7:45-4:00.
    Please make sure to sign in thru front office first)
    Book Fair will also be open for purchase during Open House from 5:00-8:00pm
    We will be accepting: Cash, Check (make payable to C.C.A. ), and Credit Card

    P.T.A. Meeting will begin at 6:00 p.m. until 6:30 p.m.
    Classrooms will open at 6:30 p.m. until 7:45 p.m.

  • Track 2013-2014
    Practices will begin March 11 thru May 8th on Tues & Thurs from 2:15-3:15
    (Transportation is not provide, please make sure to make arrangements with your student.)
     Annual Track Meet to be held on May 10th @ Roosevelt High School in Eastvale.

  • Attached is SOCCER SCHEDULE  for 2014 Cesar Chavez Academy Soccer Squad
    Matches are once a week every Tuesday starting in March thru May.
    Athletes must be present 30 minutes prior to start time of 3:30 p.m.
    Practices: Mondays 2:15-3:30 @Track/Field Area. Games on Tuesday
    **Please note: any games scheduled to be played at El Cerrito M.S. have been moved to El Cerrito Sports Park located next to the M.S.**

  • Accepting Printer Ink, Toner Ink, MP3 Players, ALL CELLPHONES,  IPODS, IPADS, Lap-Tops, and Navigational Devices. Look for the collection box in the office.

    Easy Guidelines:
    • Please remove personal data from phones and personal computing items.
    • Gently wrap all ink items in a bag before placing them in collection box, (to prevent leaking on other items).
