Norco - On Wednesday, February 9th, 12 finalist competed at the Annual District Spelling Bee.  At the very end of the competition, the two remaining were siblings. Lara and Avijeet Randhawa competed in several rounds. In round 29,  Lara completed the round by spelling two words in a row correctly. The winning word was “perpendicular.” Lare moves on to compete at the County Spelling Bee on March 23. We wish Lara continued success at the next level of competition.
