A Global Approach to Learning

Lincoln Elementary School, home of the Lions, is proud to be an IB World School. This means Lincoln meets the high standards set by the International Baccalaureate Organization, known worldwide for promoting academic excellence and developing students who care about their communities and the world around them.

The Primary Years Program (PYP) serves elementary students by encouraging curiosity, creativity, and confidence. Instead of memorizing facts, students learn by asking questions, solving problems, and exploring real-world topics. The program helps students make connections between what they learn in class and what’s happening in the world.

Building Skills for the Future

Through the IB program, Lincoln teachers help students develop important skills like communication, teamwork, and critical thinking. Lessons focus on both academics and character, teaching students to be open-minded, respectful, and caring individuals.

Lincoln Elementary is part of CNUSD’s full TK–12 IB pathway, giving students the chance to continue their IB education through middle and high school. This pathway helps students grow into lifelong learners who are ready to succeed in a global society.

Learn More at the Parent Information Night
