Facilities Master Plan Survey

CNUSD is creating a Facilities Master Plan—a roadmap for how our school buildings and campuses can best support student learning for years to come. This plan will help us determine what improvements are needed, how much they will cost, and how to ensure our schools meet the needs of our students and community.

To create the best plan possible, we’re looking at things like the condition of our buildings, student enrollment, available funding, and community priorities. That’s where you come in! We need your input to help guide this process.

Please take a few minutes to complete our survey and share your thoughts. Your feedback will help shape the future of CNUSD schools!

Thank you for being a valued part of our community—we appreciate your voice!

The Facilities Master Plan (FMP) will allow the District access to eligible state funds by including requirements set forth by the passing of California’s Proposition 2 (AB 247), in the November 2024 Election.

As a result, the FMP will include required data such as original building construction dates, building sizes, the most recent modernization date, campus enrollment capacities, the number of relocatable classrooms on each campus, and a list of essential facilities (cafeterias, multipurpose rooms, libraries, gymnasiums).
Designed for ongoing refinement, it will facilitate the creation of educational facilities that evolve alongside our community's needs, aligning closely with the District's objectives for the coming decade. Your input and vision are invaluable as we embark on this journey. We urge all members of our community, as the stewards of our facilities, to contribute their insights at this pivotal stage of the process. Together, let's pave the way for a vibrant future for our schools and community!
