Empowering Futures: Celebrating the Graduates of Prop 47 Youth Diversion

The Prop 47 Youth Diversion Program, a collaborative effort between CNUSD, the Corona Police Department, California Family Life Center, and Sycamores, is dedicated to giving teens a second chance. By focusing on life skills rather than labels, the program aims to support long-term positive choices, improve academic performance, provide mental health support, and workforce training.

At our recent graduation, we celebrated students who turned their challenges into "fuel" for personal growth. While many faced significant obstacles, they chose to meet them with perseverance and determination.

To our graduates: You have proven that your circumstances do not define your destination. As you move forward, remember that you don’t have to face life’s challenges alone, your community and the partners of this program stand behind you. Congratulations on conquering this mountain; your journey has only just begun.
