Students from the Corona-Norco Unified School District were among those recognized at the Riverside County Office of Education’s (RCOE) 20th Annual Student Academic Awards, an event that honors top graduating seniors from public high schools across the county.

Held annually by RCOE, the program highlights students who have demonstrated exceptional academic achievement, leadership, and perseverance throughout their high school careers. Each participating high school selects one to three seniors to represent their campus, recognizing not only academic performance but also personal character and contributions to their school communities.

CNUSD honorees reflected the diversity and strength of the district’s student population. Many of the recognized students have completed rigorous coursework, including Advanced Placement and dual enrollment classes, while also participating in extracurricular activities, athletics, and community service. Several students have overcome personal or academic challenges, demonstrating resilience and a strong commitment to their educational goals.

The event brought together students, families, educators, and community leaders from across Riverside County to celebrate these achievements. For CNUSD, participation in the Student Academic Awards highlights the district’s ongoing commitment to preparing students for success beyond high school, whether through higher education, career pathways, or service to their communities.

As part of this countywide recognition, CNUSD students were acknowledged alongside peers from 86 high schools, underscoring their accomplishments on a broader stage and reinforcing the importance of academic excellence and perseverance across the region.
