River Heights Inducts New NJHS Members

Eastvale, CA - River Heights Intermediate School celebrated its newest National Junior Honor Society (NJHS) members on Thursday, February 20, during a special induction ceremony. The event recognized students who have excelled in scholarship, leadership, service, character, and citizenship—the five pillars of NJHS.

Established in 1929, NJHS honors outstanding middle school students nationwide, encouraging them to become leaders and give back to their communities. Earning a spot in NJHS is a significant achievement, highlighting a student’s academic dedication and commitment to making a positive impact.

During the ceremony, the inductees took the NJHS pledge, officially stepping into their roles as members. Families, staff, and current NJHS members were there to cheer them on and celebrate their accomplishments. The evening concluded with dinner, giving students a chance to  celebrate and reflect on this milestone and the journey ahead.

Congratulations to all the new NJHS members at River Heights Intermediate—your hard work and dedication are truly commendable!
