Virtual Parent Info Meeting for DLI Spelling Bee

CNUSD is excited to announce the first-ever Dual Language Immersion (DLI) Spanish Spelling Bee and will be holding a virtual parent information meeting to provide all the details to interested families.

The meeting is scheduled for Thursday December 12th and will be conducted via Zoom. Parents and guardians of students enrolled in DLI programs are encouraged to attend to learn more about the event, the registration process, and how they can help support their children in preparing for the competition.

What is the DLI Spelling Bee?

The DLI Spelling Bee is a unique opportunity for students enrolled in the district’s Dual Language Immersion programs to showcase their spelling abilities in both English and Spanish. This exciting event will celebrate students’ language skills, foster a love of learning, and promote bilingual literacy across the district.

Students in grades 4-8th are invited to participate in this inaugural spelling bee. The event is designed to challenge students while offering a fun and engaging way to practice their bilingual skills.
