Use of Facilities
  1. The scheduling of all District facilities shall be initially approved by the site principal and/or athletic director.
  2. Application will be submitted to the District Office from the chosen site for final approval and billing.
  3. Approval notification will be sent via e-mail or a verbal phone call.
  4. Prior to approval, submit the following to the District Office:
  • Organization "Liability Insurance Policy" of $1 million coverage
  • Organization Non-Profit Letter 501(c)(3)
  • Payment is required prior to event date (if applies)
  • All Bingo Events must have Bingo License from City
