Students Ride Free with RTA

RIVERSIDE, CA - CNUSD is excited to share that the Riverside Transit Agency (RTA) is offering free bus rides to all youth aged 18 and under now through June 30, 2025.

This program aims to alleviate financial burdens for families and students, ensuring transportation is not a barrier to education. Whether it's a ride to school, visiting family and friends, or a trip to Disneyland, there's never been a better time to ride the bus.

To take advantage of this offer, students simply need to board the bus and present a valid state or school ID to the driver. While on board, riders can enjoy free Wi-Fi, USB charging ports, comfortable seating, friendly drivers, and RTA's commitment to safety.

This initiative, unanimously approved by the RTA Board of Directors, utilizes grant funding from the Low Carbon Transit Operators Program (LCTOP) to cover the regular fare costs.

This program is not sponsored by the Corona-Norco Unified School District. Information is sent out as a community service.
