As we approach the end of the school year, we know many families, students, and staff are looking forward to some well-deserved time off to relax and recharge. Before summer break begins, we invite you to take a few moments to share your voice.
The District is updating its Strategic Plan, which will help set the vision and goals for the next five years. The plan will also guide the District’s work by identifying key actions and creating a framework to measure and report progress to our community.
To support this work, we gathered feedback through focus groups made up of students, parents, staff, and community members. Using this input, our Steering Committee also worked together to develop seven draft Power Objectives for community review.
We invite you to share your thoughts by completing this anonymous survey. Your input will help shape the future of CNUSD and ensure our Strategic Plan reflects the priorities of our students, families, staff, and community.
We also encourage you to have your student(s) participate in the survey, as their perspectives and experiences are invaluable in helping us create a vision that supports the success of all learners.
The survey includes seven questions and one open-ended response.
Your feedback will help shape the District’s path forward. Once approved by the School Board, these objectives will serve as the foundation for the goals and measurable outcomes we use to track our progress and success.

A medida que se acerca el final del año escolar, sabemos que muchas familias, estudiantes y personal esperan con entusiasmo las vacaciones de verano para relajarse y recargar energías. Antes de que comiencen las vacaciones de verano, los invitamos a dedicar unos minutos a compartir su opinión.
El Distrito está actualizando su Plan Estratégico, que ayudará a definir la visión y los objetivos para los próximos cinco años. El plan también guiará el trabajo del Distrito al identificar acciones clave y crear un marco para medir e informar sobre el progreso a nuestra comunidad.
Para respaldar este trabajo, recabamos opiniones a través de grupos focales integrados por estudiantes, padres, personal y miembros de la comunidad. Con base en esta información, nuestro Comité Directivo también colaboró para desarrollar siete borradores de Objetivos de Desarrollo para su revisión por parte de la comunidad.
Te invitamos a compartir tu opinión completando esta encuesta anónima. Tus aportaciones ayudarán a definir el futuro de CNUSD y a garantizar que nuestro Plan Estratégico refleje las prioridades de nuestros estudiantes, familias, personal y comunidad.
