Immunization Requirements
SB277 requires that all children in California be fully
vaccinated to attend public or private school. Fully vaccinated means having
received, or started to receive and not due for the next dose, the correct
age-appropriate number of doses of the following vaccinations:

[Whooping cough])
- Hepatitis B
- Haemophilus influenza type b (commonly referred
to as Hib) *only for preschool entry*
- MMR (Measles, Mumps & Rubella)
- Polio
- Varicella
CNUSD is required to implement this law.
A student enrolling in the Corona-Norco Unified School District must present documentation from a health care provider certifying that he/she has received all immunizations required for his/her age or grade level as specified by the California Department of Public Health.
