After School Programs

CNUSD currently has after-school programs operating at 20 of our schools sites providing after-school and summer school enrichment programs for kindergarten through sixth grade. Students receive supper, enrichment, and physical fitness opportunities daily.

The After School Program is composed of enrichment blocks. Enrichment blocks are both academic in nature and focused on exposing students to STEAM, athletics, music, robotics and more! Some of these opportunities will be led by our CNUSD staff, some will involve student exploration of topics, and other enrichment opportunities will be led by outside companies. All programs begin at the end of the school day and end at 6 p.m. Our goal is that your child has plenty of uninterrupted time for enrichment. Students in the foster system and those experiencing homelessness are given priority registration.
