Boundary Changes for Centennial & Santiago Effective 2022-23 School Year

On November 9, 2021, the Board of Education of the Corona-Norco Unified School District approved an attendance boundary change for Centennial High School and Santiago High School, effective for the 2022-23 school year.

In accordance with Board action,

  • Students whose boundaries have changed, but are currently attending Centennial High School in 9th, 10th, and 11th grade are grandfathered in and can remain at Centennial High School. They WILL NOT need to submit a transfer in order to stay at Centennial High School.
  • Incoming 9th graders, (including current Centennial Student siblings) WILL need to submit a Transfer Request if families would like for them to attend Centennial High School.
  • Students who are eligible for bussing to Centennial High School will only be provided transportation for the 2022-23 school year. After that bussing will only be provided to their assigned home school of Santiago High School.
  • If parents wish for their student to attend any CNUSD School, other than their assigned school, parents must submit a transfer request through Parent Connect during the transfer window of December 1st, 2021 through January 15th, 2022.
  • All transfers (including those for siblings) will be reviewed in accordance with established Board Policy.
