In an effort to promote nutrition security and health equity, CNUSD (in conjunction with USDA and CDE) is proud to offer grab-and-go meals for our students who fast during Ramadan. Our grab-and-go meals are shelf-stable and may be requested by students in our breakfast and lunches lines and can easily be tucked away for later consumption.

On February 7th, the Mandarin Immersion Program held their annual Lunar New Year Celebration. Kinder to 4th Grade students from Rondo School of Discovery and Rosa Parks Elementary School came out to show their appreciation for the culture they have been studying and celebrated the lunar new year in style!

CNUSD students from Santiago and Centennial are competing in the 43rd Annual Riverside County Mock Trial, where they argue a legal case before real judges, with top performers earning awards and a chance to advance to the state and national competitions.

On Tuesday, February 4, we recognized our Students and celebrated several significant achievements at our Board Meeting. Congratulations to all students and staff on these well-deserved honors!

The California Schools to Watch program is part of the national Schools to Watch initiative, specifically focused on recognizing and supporting exceptional middle schools in California.

TK and Kinder registration for the 2025-26 school year opens on February 1st.

CNUSD is implementing a new district-wide cell phone policy in 2025 to minimize distractions during instructional time, with full enforcement by the 2025-26 school year.
