Mandarin One Way Immersion Parent Information Meetings

We are excited to announce that our Mandarin Immersion Program is expanding to another school site for the upcoming school year! We will now be offering Mandarin Immersion at both Rondo School of Discovery and Rosa Parks Elementary School. Parents of an incoming Kindergarten student interested in the Mandarin, One Way Immersion program must attend a parent Information Meeting for student to be considered for the program. The information meeting you attend does not impact your child's application, this includes meeting location.

Must attend ONE meeting:

Thursday, October 13, 2022 at 6 p.m.
Rondo School of Discovery

Thursday, November 17, 2022 at 6 p.m.
Rosa Parks Elementary

Only ONE application per student will be accepted on the day of the parent information meeting. Parents of incoming Kindergarten students with siblings currently in the One Way Immersion program must attend a meeting.

The lottery will be held on Friday December 16, 2022. Parent notification letters will be mailed on January 13, 2023.
