As a recognized leader in public education across our region and state, CNUSD continues to set the standard for innovative and impactful learning experiences. When I assumed the role of Superintendent in 2020, I established two ambitious goals to guide our work:
- To maintain the highest graduation rate in Riverside County.
- To lead the county in English Language Arts and Mathematics achievement.
These goals provide clarity and focus for our school system, emphasizing foundational skills that transcend disciplines and grade levels while fostering critical problem-solving capabilities.
In 2021, we launched our five-year Strategic Plan (2021-2026), which serves as a roadmap for our district's priorities and progress. The plan is centered on four key pillars:

- Student Well-Being
- Equity
- Effective Governance
Aligned with our Strategic Plan, I remain committed to championing equity, inclusion, and access for all students. Our mission is clear: to provide a high-quality education that supports every student’s academic, social, and emotional growth. This is achieved through the dedication of well-trained staff, meaningful family and community partnerships, and safe, supportive learning environments.
