Peachjar Flyer Distribution

Flyer Distribution
Are you a 501(c)(3) organization interested in distributing flyers to Corona-Norco USD schools?

Our district cooperates with approved community partners by posting eflyers online and distributing them electronically through our service provider, Peachjar. As part of our efforts to be environmentally friendly, embrace innovative technology, and maintain fiscal responsibility, we have transitioned from paper to electronic flyer delivery.

To request flyer approval, follow these simple steps below. Once approved, your flyer will be emailed to all parents and posted online. Paper flyers from outside organizations will no longer be distributed.

  • Visit
  • Register as an Enrichment / Community Organization (account type).
  • Upload your flyer for approval.

Your flyer will be automatically submitted to the District Communication's Office. Once the flyer has been reviewed, you will receive an email notification.

Peachjar charges a fee for this service that is typically much less than the cost to copy and deliver paper flyers to each school.

For questions regarding district flyer approval guidelines, please contact the CNUSD Communications Office at (951) 736 – 5013.

Q: Why has the district changed the flyer distribution process?
A:  This new process eliminates paper flyers from being distributed on behalf of outside organizations. It is our hope that this new program does not impede on instructional/staff time. Teachers and office staff will no longer have to pass out paper flyers from outside organizations.

Q: Do In-House eflyers have to be approved by the Communications Office?
A: No, all In-House eflyers will be approved by the Principal.

Q: How many Peachjar accounts are assigned per site?
A: Three staff members should have a login per site: The administrator, secretary and designee.

Q:  What is considered an In-House flyer and an outside organization flyer?
A:  All school related flyers, including PTA, are considered in-house. All other organizations including Boosters are considered outside organizations. In-house flyers will be approved by school principal and outside organization flyers will be approved by CNUSD Communications Office.

Q:  Does the school play a role in outside organizations’ eflyer distribution?
A:  Only if the organization is using the school’s facilities. The organization will continue to be responsible for submitting the Use of Facilities form for principal approval as in the past.

Q:  Do administrators have the option to select the date in which flyers are disseminated?
A:  Administrators can determine when In-House flyers are emailed to parents but NOT the flyers from outside organizations. Outside organizations are given the option to select the date in which their flyers are emailed to parent.

Q:  Under Flyer Details in Step 2, there are two groups to choose from “Parent” and “School “, which group do we select?
A:  It is recommended that you select the” School” group, however, both groups contain the same email contacts.

Q:  In Step 3, When selecting to post immediately, how long does it take for delivery?
A:  It can take from 5 minutes to 24 hours for parents to receive the email notification. The time frame will be determined on the amount of submissions in Peachjar’s country-wide queue.

Q:  Will school staff receive email notifications sent to parents?
A:  Unfortunately, at this time there is not a school staff group available per school site. We recommend that the assigned Peachjar administrator forward the flyers to staff members

QHow can I ensure that school site flyers are prioritized when email notifications go out to parents?
A: In order for your site's flyers to be prioritized in the order the flyer are emailed to parents, it is IMPORTANT that all flyers at the site level are approved Monday-Wednesday. Flyers approved after Wednesday are likely to be at the bottom of the email.
