2026-2031 Strategic Plan

The Corona-Norco Unified School District has developed a strategic plan to guide the Districts work for the next five years by establishing strategic goals for our District and identifying specific actions to achieve those objectives.

The development of this Strategic Plan was guided by a thoughtful, collaborative process that engaged stakeholders, analyzed data, and incorporated community feedback. Each step helped ensure the plan reflects our shared priorities and provides a clear roadmap for student success.

These focus areas reflect our commitment to aligning resources and strategies to meet the needs of our students and staff effectively.
